So just 'cause I'm Manager on this job, doesn't mean I am done coordinating. It just means I'm managing this particular job. Once it's over I go back to coordinating until I get another shot at managing. I am perfectly okay with that, it's how it works, you do a few jobs here and there and then it becomes a full time thing. That's how it happens. This is how it happened for George Michael:
