I've mentioned that eventually we'd love to have a two toned kitchen eventually and as I searched Pinterest to see how trendy it is I realized, wow, it is trendy. Then I thought about resale value on our home and what sort of kitchen a future young woman buying her first house would like and what may persuade her one way or another and thought maybe the kitchen renovation should look a little more traditional than modern. Though even this sort of "traditional" look is a twist and turn away from making it look modern with a few touches here and there.
It's funny when you like something you saw awhile ago and then it becomes so popular that you wonder if you are just following the crowd or actually like the thing you're liking. Ask me again in a few years when we actually get around to remodeling the kitchen.
