Doors.
Matt's dad ripped out all the doors (except the guest room's) upstairs and is planning on replacing them in a week or so with nice doors and moldings.
It's weird not having any doors but it's not very noticeable or impacting our lives, we got nothing to hide from each other or the rest of our roommates aka the pets.
