I need to get my butt into gear again. I've not been doing 30 minutes of activity every day. My little yoga mat is collecting dust and my wii fit calendar is empty.
Vacation knocked me out of my 30 minutes since I would walk a lot or ride bikes or swim and then I went back to work and didn't make time for the workouts so I gotta try again. Little known fact: when you wake up at 3:30am to work 16 hours and get home at 9pm, you don't really feel like doing 30 minutes of activity, you pretty much just have energy to shower and sleep.
