Oh, you have got to hear about this amazing company I went to in Fort Collins, CO about a week ago! It's called rockymountainoilcompany. They have a website... I think you just add a .com to the end of their company title.
Anyway- it's in downtown, has a wooden shelf on each side of the store, and a beautiful wooden benchstyle table in the middle. On the far wall is 12-20 kinds of Olive Oil- each infused with different herbs, fruit, etc. On the wall nearest the door is 20 kinds of infused Balsamics. OH MY GOODNESS! And then in the middle is different ages of Olive Oils and Balsamics. They have these little paper cups (like the size for ketchup) under each keg of oil/vinegar, and you pour a tiny bit in, and sip it to see if you like it! It's INCREDIBLE! My favorite vinegar was the Pear Balsamic. My favorite oil was the Tuscan Herb Olive Oil. Anyway- check 'em out online. Incredible!
