i had no idea caprese salads would be such a hit

I was unsure if our guests would go for a Caprese salad. I know they expected a casual Sunday night birthday and maybe the sight of this would be too much.


I had nothing left at the end of the night. Delish. I have to share Ina's spaghetti aglio et olio with you guys. Monstrous hit and a personal favorite.

My friends don't drink as much as I expect. Still stuck with lots of red wine. What to do, what to do.
