Ambre's beloved grandma Audrey passed away last week.
I'd written about her home a few years ago and that was the last time I saw her. She was beautiful as always, resilient, funny, caring, generous, loving, no-nonsense. She was born on leap year day, couldn't really be born another day, raised five children, was a nurse, traveled the world, ate many lovely meals at Stockton Joe's, and took care of her husband 'til the end. She was like family to me, all the Shoneffs are, and losing her is a serious heartbreak. We'll miss you Granda Aud. You were one of a kind.
