Loan documents have been ordered. I don't know much about home ownership but apparently this is step 1 to finally closing (when we get the keys). Then we'll get all four of us (Dan, Jill, Matt, & Moi) in person to sign the massive loan paperwork which a notary will uh, notarize, then the county of Los Angeles will do something for a day, and the state of California will do something for a day, and then we'll get keys. So possibly by the end of the week we'll own the place.
And then... the REAL fun begins!
