Interesting that you mention this. Even though our apartment is much smaller than your house, Jesse and I are thinking of downgrading when we move to DC - the whole tiny apartment in a nice neighbourhood thing appeals to me. I like doing a lot with a little. Or a little with a lot, in the case of my BOMB-ASS apartment on Centinela.
