English. Combination of Blue Stilton and Double Glouchester. Semi-hard/soft. The Glouchester softens the Stilton just enough. Good with Syrah and a little French sourdough.
Overall, pretty good, glad I tried it but probably won't buy again for awhile.P.S. I'm gonna start logging the cheese I buy/eat. This is the first post. And it's to be read as "Cheese Log" like "Captain's Log".
